Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Eschborn Ost

The staff was exceptional! The young lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful with everything, we truly couldn't ask for more! The cleaning staff was excellent, the room and bathroom were always very clean, very important to us! The mattresses were very comfortable, the pillows a little too soft. The shower was great, always hot water available. And the heat lamp - what a joy!

The breakfast was great :) I would expect more healthier options to be provided as well as something with potatoes , also the second day the grains were not offered … the gentleman working at the restaurant he’s very nice (the one from Moldova) he helped us a lot ; also it would be better to leave the restaurant open in summer but later ; also there was no shampoo in the room ; the shower gel was only for body … I have never experienced any other 4 star hotel without shampoo ….

The breakfast was great but by 9:30, an hour before breakfast ends, most of the hot items like mushrooms etc were finished and not replaced. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the S-Bahn public transport system.

Hotel was very comfortable with the restaurant providing good food and nice ambience too. Room was very comfortable and nothing to complain.

Kind staff especially Isac at the reception is the greatest guy on earth. He was really friendly, funny and kind to us. The stay was great because of that.
